What does a typical yacht charter include?
All charters come with a skilled crew, protective gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Each service type has different inclusions — for instance, sunset cruises come with upgraded refreshments and starters, while corporate charters provide meeting amenities and bespoke catering choices.
How early should I reserve?
It's advised to book a minimum of 2–3 weeks prior, particularly in the busy season (May–September). For business gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance ensures you have more options available and gives time to tailor the experience.
What do we do if weather conditions are unfavorable?
Our prime concern is your safety. Should our captain judge the weather unsafe, we'll suggest an alternate charter date or issue a complete refund. Weather forecasts are closely monitored, and you will be contacted 24 hours prior to departure if there's a likelihood of poor weather.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own refreshments and snacks. We offer premium catering services as well and can adapt our menus to your taste. Please remember that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Do your yachts cater to individuals with mobility challenges?
We make efforts to accommodate everyone. Certain yachts are equipped with better amenities for accessibility. We encourage discussing your individual requirements upon reservation, allowing us to suggest the most appropriate vessel and make necessary preparations.
What's your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. For cancellations made between 24–72 hours, a 50% refund is provided. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded, except if due to unsafe weather or mechanical problems on our part.
